Useful information regarding the certificates of participation:
- In order to obtain CME credits, the necessary documents will be submitted to EACCME and/or other professional institutions that carry out the management of continuing medical education activities (CME).
- The certificate of participation with CME credits will be issued online only to participants who are present at the event and who meet the conditions stipulated by the European Accreditation Council of Continuing Medical Education (EACCME – UEMS).
- In order to issue the certificate of participation with CME credits, participants will have to fill in the feedback form within 25 days from the end of the event. After this period, the organizers will send the report and the list of participants to the institutions providing CME credits. Filling in the feedback form will be done in the personal account that can be accessed at this link: https://online.medevents.ro/account/login
*After the expiration of the 25 days, the feedback form will no longer be available. After this date, certificates with CME credits will NOT be issued.
+ INFORMATION:
- Students, resident doctors and retired doctors will have to upload in the registration form the proof by which they certify this status (passbook / certificate / coupon)
- The option to participate in the Networking Dinner must be expressed at the time of the registration. Otherwise, the participant will not have access.
- In case of payment by bank transfer, please specify: the proforma invoice number, Name and Surname of the person for whom the fee is paid.
- The value of the event participation fee is the one from the moment of payment, according to the deadlines in the table above.

Cancellation of registration/refund of paid fee:
Requests for the registration to be cancelled and for refund of the participation fee must be sent to the official conference address.
